Learning to use your Mac can be fun, or it can be intimidating, frustrating, and confusing. Having someone to help you navigate new software, explain confusing concepts, and be available for questions can help you get the most out of your computer.

No question is stupid. We won’t talk down to you, make you feel stupid, or assume you should already know things you don’t. We will provide you with the training and knowledge to use your computer the way that you want to, and explain to you how to do that, without all the jargon and technical geek language.

Your Mac is a tool. You need to learn how to use that tool effectively. A graphic designer uses different apps than an accountant, and a video editor uses different apps than a blogger. We can help you find the apps you need to accomplish your goals and learn how to use them effectively.
